The general terms (“terms”) apply when the consumer (“You”) is placing an order with www.strugglesportswear.com and its subpages. In connection with the order, you are part of agreement with Struggle Sportswear (“Struggle”), org: 559154-3169.
You must be at least 18 years old to place orders in the webshop. According to Swedish law, we DO NOT approve credit purchase to people aged under 18. Struggle reserves the right to deny or make changes in your order if you for example: exhibit incorrect personal data or/and have payment remark.
Struggle do not assume responsibility for image or typing errors on the website. This includes faults in product description or technical specification, incorrect prices or adjustments of prices or incorrect information of stock availability. Struggle will correct such errors and to change or update information at any time. Struggle promises to inform you if any incorrect price has been set on an item that you ordered and will wait with your approval of the new price before Struggle proceeds with your order. Information on the website that comes from a third party is not Struggles responsibility.
All image information in the webshop should be exclusively regarded as illustrations. These illustrations cannot be guaranteed to reproduce the number of items you receive, or the product's exact appearance, features or origin. We cannot guarantee that the colours appearing on the online store in detail reflect the product colours. The colours can be reflected in different ways depending on for example your computer or phone screen, graphic card and the computer settings.
RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL
We offer you a 30-day right-of-return from your purchase, calculated from the date you order the goods. This requires that the product is sent back unused and in its original shape. Return the product equally packaged in the box as it came. As soon as we have received the returned products, and have been able to confirm that the requirements above are met, we will refund your payment. In case of a return the risk (for loss or damage during delivery) is on the customer.
In case you find that a product delivered by us to you is defective you should contact us as soon as possible with a formal complaint, to get a replacement delivery or, if that is not possible, a refund. The same applies in case you identify that a product has been damaged during transportation or you identify other deviations in the delivery, e.g. that the number of items or the product model delivered is not in line with your order. Returns shall be sent to the address specifically instructed by us. In case of a return the risk (for loss or damage during delivery) is on the customer. If the damaged product followed an order containing other purchased products the cost of the original delivery will not be repaid. You are asked to always examine your received products already at the time of delivery and as soon as possible report any deviations from your order confirmation to us.
We will return your funds as soon as possible, at the latest within 15 days from the date you returned the item and it was received by Struggle, and we have established that the product is damaged or otherwise defective. Always save your receipt. The funds will be returned to your original method of payment. If you paid using your credit card, the amount will be repaid to the same card.
PROMOTIONS AND DISCOUNTS
All campaigns with reduced price are limited in time. Multiple offers and codes can´t be combined. All discount and campaigns are only valid on ordinary prices. A discount code or voucher is only valid once per customer and purchase. In case of obvious misuse of offers, such as coupons and promotion codes, the webshop reserves the right to cancel the order in question.
On orders eligible for a gift or discount the value of the gift/discount is considered as a general discount on the total amount of the order. If part of or the entire order is sent back for exchange or refund the value of the returned merchandise is recalculated and the purchase price minus the relative share of the overall discount will only be credited.
Promotions and discount codes are only valid on new orders and cannot be applied retrospectively.
PRICE & PAYMENT
The prices at the webshop are current prices and may be changed at any time. Struggle is not bound by price indications in the webshop which the buyer must reasonably or apparently understand are incorrect and which, for example, have occured due to technical problems in the web platform or rates that have been manipulated by the customer. Prices are inclusive of local VAT and are payable in the currency indicated at the webshop. For non-EU customers, additional VAT, customs charges and other levies may be incurred by your local Customs Authority on your import, at applicable rates. Payment can be made by credit card or as may otherwise be instructed at the webshop. Where payment is subject to validation and/or authorisation by a card issuer or bank or to credit validation, any Order Confirmation is subject to such validation or authorisation. We co-operate with an authorized payment service provider (PSP), who processes your personal details in accordance with the international security standard PCI DSS, developed by international credit card companies such as VISA, MasterCard and Diners. All transactions will be sent through SSL (Secure Sockets Layer) in encrypted form and all card details and payment information will be protected and processed with a high level of security.
Normally orders of items in stock ship within 1-2 business days from Order Confirmation and can be expected to be delivered in 1-4 business days within Sweden and 2-15 business days on International orders. Delivery times are estimates only and particularly during high season (e.g. Christmas, Black Friday and other sales/campaigns) deliveries may take longer than normal. The freight cost will be specified in the order summary before you submit your order. We currently ship to most countries but may not ship to certain countries outside the European Union. Should you have an inquiry as to whether or not we ship to a specific location, please contact us. Please be advised that custom duty may be charged for any orders from outside the European Union. In case you fail to collect your products upon delivery, we reserve the right to debit you a charge to cover our cost for return freight and administration.
