Your order will be delivered to the address specified when ordering on the site. Make sure you enter the correct address. If you have entered an incorrect address, please contact us at email@example.com.
We want you to get your new sportswear in use as soon as possible so we always aim for a quick delivery. Normally orders of products in stock ship within 1-2 business days from order confirmation and can be expected to be delivered in 1-4 business days within Sweden and 2-15 business days on International orders. Delivery times are estimates only and particularly during high season (e.g. Christmas, Black Friday and other sales/campaigns) deliveries may take longer than normal.
We offer free shipping within Sweden on orders over 1.000 SEK.
Normal shipping cost within Sweden is 35 SEK.
We offer world wide free shipping on orders over 1.000 SEK.
Normal international shipping cost is 90 SEK.
Please note that local taxes and other charges may occur when shipping outside Sweden.
Our return policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.
To be eligible for a return, your product must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
Gift cards are non-returnable.
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned product. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If you are approved, then your refund will be processed to your credit card or original method of payment, within 15 days.
LATE OR MISSING REFUNDS
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.
If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org.
Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately sales products cannot be refunded. You may however exchange a sales product. If the product you exchange to cost more than the original product you´ll have to pay the difference in price.
EXCHANGES AND RETURNS
Our goal is that you shall be completely satisfied with the product or the products you purchase from us. If you wish to Exchange or Return your products, please contact us with information at email@example.com.
Use the same bag as was used when the product was sent to you. There is an extra tape on the bag for returns. Then use the posttag for returns that is included in your delivery. Put this on the bag and leave the parcel at a Post Office.
You are entitled to exchange your product within 30 days from the date you received it.
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item.
